Why write a book now? Are you rich? Retired?
Here’s the thing: Very few of us truly have an original idea. Most artists and inventors build on, or recombine the works others. So if you are blessed with an idea that you think is unique, and you wait too long, someone else will think of it. If you wait to address topics that are cutting edge, they’ll become stale. In “The Physics of Why,” for example, I briefly explain what AI is and its potential applications in science. But I wrote that 5 years ago. (I have left it in anyway).
